Catch up

Well, where does the time go? It has been a week since my last post. We had a great weekend full of events. On Friday, David and I went to Bossier for my hair appointment. I got is cut short, but I am used to it now. I was looking back at some pics and I had it just like this last Christmas. I must be an end of year thing.

We went to the boardwalk and shopped a little. I bought leggings...I have been a late adopter of the legging trend, even though they look great on my friends, I was nervous to try them on my caboose :). I was a late adopter of capris too, but I finally came around. I will give it a try. I also got some new jammies. I just love jammies. Emily got herself a little chair that is just her size.

We came back and had our friends over for pizza and a movie. It was great fun.

Saturday was kind of boring, David worked on his car and I watched the Office on Netflix. We went to dinner at the Olive Garden, it was yummy.

Sunday was church, Emily's nap and homework, then we went to the youth Christmas party.

I hung out with Donna and Sarah today and got a bit of Christmas shopping done.

Today we opened our new xbox device called the Kinect. It requires no controller and gets you up off the couch to play the games. It is really fun. The funniest thing is that the sensor takes pictures of you while you are playing the game. They are so funny. I will have to figure out how to share them because they are hilarious. (Note to self, wear a bra when playing game)

Not much going on. I only have this week and next before Christmas break starts. Three weeks off from school YEAH!
