School Back On, Busy Mom

Well, I started back to school on Monday after a five week break. I am taking two online classes right now, an introductory class about teaching and a class about teaching math. I am learning much, but two classes at a time is tough. And trying to get my reading done with Action Emily around is kind of hard. Thank goodness for naps:) She will be starting at Oak Forest three days a week soon so that will help all of us.

Yesterday we celebrated nurses day with the ladies at the office and had a nice breakfast for them along with candy bouquets and gifts. We really appreciate all the hard work they do. AbleCare is a struggle sometimes, but I know one day it will all be worth it.

For lunch yesterday we went to Smash burger. I LOVE their sweet potato fries. Here is daddy and Emily enjoying their strawberry shake.








A couple days ago, Emily was "helping" in daddy's office, making important calls and "filing"








After her nap, Emily decided she wanted to swing. She LOVES her playground out back and goes out every afternoon to swing and slide. Ahh, to have no cares in the world. I just love that kid.



Enough break for now, back to my reading.
