So Solomn and So Silly

Today David and I went to our first ever political rally. We attended a tea party rally at the courthouse today to see what all the fuss is about. It was interesting and peaceful. I can't say I agree with everything that was said today, but I was just glad people in our country have the freedom to say it. Emily did great the whole time. Only got squirmy once or twice. David bought her some flags to play with, here is a pic. I just love it.



After a nap for Emily and some paperwork for David and me, Emily went from the lovely solomn portrait to silly silly girl. Here she is rockin her own special style. That's right fashion police Take that, wearing a pink pull up on a pink horse. So awesome.



So tomorrow is Halloween and I have to make some lemon mirangue and pecan pie for Monday along with deviled eggs. I am glad I finished my homework.
