Changes

Well, Again I am behind on the blog. Life has just been kinda crazy around here.

Emily is almost done with school and she can't wait. On school days she says, "Mommy, no school today?" I tell her only a few more weeks and she will be done.

We celebrated a wonderful easter at Trinity and are already fast forwarding to Mother's Day/Mom's Birthday. Summer is speeding toward us at warp speed.

I was such a joy to be at church with everyone. It was so full and the music was beautiful.

We managed to stay alive through the crazy weather, but did spend a little time in the guest bathroom just in case

We are still on the job search, but after many applications/resumes filed, we are getting lots of interest now. David has been on interviews in Plano, Weatherford, and Cleveland Texas. He got a call from a company in Oregon, but that is a bit far away, and just today we got a call from another recruiter for a Texas Company.

Emily has been fun as usual and she is ready loving the jewelry

and having her nails done

Emily recently had class and spring pictures taken at school. She looks so cute.

School is going well, I am finishing up a class on integrating reading instruction across different content areas like math and science. It has been fun thinking about new ways to include reading in my lesson plans. I am looking forward to my student teaching and getting a classroom soon.

I have been keeping my friends little boys since she got a new job and it has been fun. They are the sweetest things, and Emily loves having friends to play with when she is home on Thursdays and Fridays. I have learned however, that it is WORK keeping up with two, two year olds and an 8 month old. It is good practice for whenever we expand our family. Emily and Noah are outside singing Old McDonald Had a Farm. So Cute!!

I am not sure where we will land, but I am glad that we have been blessed to even get interview and I am looking forward to finding out what the future will be for us. The thought of moving away from friends and family, breaks my heart, but I know there will be new friends and I will happily travel the roads to keep my dear ones.

Speaking of friends, Here is Reagan with all the lovelies at church one night and Ann with little Sloane on Easter Sunday. Beautiful!

Till Next Time..

I am learning the only constant is change.
