At the Wilcox house, we have been battling sicknesses of various kinds for way too long. First it was a chest cold, then it was some kind of terrible stomach bug that nearly killed us, and then I got a cold with a terrible cough and sore throat that I managed to give to David. In the process of having the cold, I coughed so violently, that I hurt my neck, then I went and did all that yard work so now the neck is really bad. I went to visit a chiropractor today and am feeling some better.
Sad that both mine and David's posts of late have been kind of not much fun, but sometimes life is hard. I hope that David will be better soon, I really hate to see his throat hurting so bad. He grimaces every time he swallows and the lozenges and such are not working.
I am looking forward to moving to our new space and staying for a while. I am also looking forward to taking a little break, just a few days off will be nice.
