We took Emily over to Bossier to see Grandma and Pop-Pop, they had great fun, washing cars, playing with blocks, sweeping and swimming.
Last week I got some retail therapy that didn't cost me anything thanks to my awesome friends who gave me gift certificates for my birhday. These are my candle purchases from Pier One and Hobby Lobby. (Thanks Andrea and Sarah)
I also got a pattern for a dress, but it isn't finished yet.
When we picked up Emily on Sunday, we took some pictures of David's truck. He is selling it on autotrader. Emily decided she should drive.
After Emily got done driving, it was off to the Collins' to see baby Micah, Ava, Elisa, and Noah. We also got to see their parents Nathan and Christy. We had a wonderful time visiting with our dear friends.
So that was the weekend. Today, I have been a laundry machine, I am trying to get caught up, but it gets away from me so quickly. I also vacuumed off the couch and covered them up with a sheet to help with the doggie fur. Trying to keep Lucy off the couch is futile since I taught her to sit with me when she was a puppy. I also visited the newly remodeled Walmart on Gilmer Road, I couldn't find a thing and never did find the shoes. I did make it to the gym for a bit.
